| Summary of their experience Mike spent a few months showing us many listings in the Gordonville and Pottsboro areas. He did a great job of calibrating our interests and price range and directed us toward interesting properties. We even put him through multiple showings! He helped us in an excellent manner to calculate an amount and make an offer on the place that we liked and represented us beautifully in the negotiations. Through a closing made difficult by the slowness of our mortgage company, Mike carried on and we actually closed on the place we liked. Mike stuck with us through the lengthy closing. We had Mike list our smaller property that we were selling shortly after making the deal on the new place. We received a contract on the property right before closing on the new place -- great timing! It was shown by another agent in Mike's ERA office. We understand the buyers saw the property online and we believe it was Mike's excellent photography skill and equipment that helped sell it. We searched online and generally were turned off by properties with poor photo representation. Mike posted, probably, more pictures than usual.
